PSL set to return for 2022/23 Season

Following the cancellation of the last two PSL seasons and the short-form PSL Cup of earlier this year, the Premier Squash League is set for a full return this October for the 2022/23 season.

As in previous seasons there will be 10 (or more) teams split into North and South divisions, with the top two finishers in each division advancing to the semi-finals.

Teams will comprise four players, two men and two women, with at least one from the home country of their club.

Matches will be on Tuesdays with a 7pm start, each match being best of five PAR scoring to 11 played on one court.

Applications are now open (full details below), with clubs wishing to participate needing to get their applications in by 5th September, and matches commencing in October once the fixtures have been formulated, taking into account PSA and other events.

For the 2023/24 season the PSL will be split into the Premiership and the Championship, with the coming season’s top performers entering the Premiership, with promotion and relegation between the two in following seasons.
